Welcome to my house
is a participatory experiment and performance that
invites participants to exalt and celebrate their child-like joy and carelessness through House music. Thought of as a spooky and reassuring bubble - a cheerful space - the
performance proposes a sound and visual landscape
anchored in the world of the healer Nyum Supernova. The performance aims at a cognitive experience,
interconnectivity and healing.
The performance also includes poetic and political speeches where my goal is to convey the discourse of Audre Lorde in her essay ‘The Uses of the Erotic: The Erotic Power’ in a moment of intense joy.
